Cancellation Policy

I totally understand that life happens—but to keep things fair: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment or no-shows may result in a 50% service fee. Multiple no-shows may lead to declined bookings in the future.
